Step 1: Call to check dates.
Reach us at (575) 419-4064. We will ask about your timeline, what help your loved one currently needs, and any medical considerations. Most of these calls run ten to fifteen minutes. If your dates are open, we will hold them while you complete the next step.
Step 2: Complete Pre-Arrival Assessment
We’ll send a short intake form via email or complete it over the phone. Provide current medications, physician contact, dietary restrictions, and behavioral notes. This takes about 20 minutes.
Step 3: Drop-Off & Check-In
Arrive at your scheduled time with medications (in original bottles), clothing for the stay, and any comfort items. Our staff will complete check-in, show you the room, and answer final questions. Most families complete check-in in 30 minutes or less.
